03 Studio
01's script, performed by 02's clone. All that is left is b-roll and captions, or just post it.
What this step does
There are two ways into a video:
- Make it from a reference script: "Make the video" on a reference card, or "Film the first one with your clone" on Home's card 03. Povu asks which clone performs it, then the clone films the script on the server and the clip lands on the timeline by itself. You are taken to the video page to wait for it.
- New video: "New video" in the sidebar. Pick a format (no-camera, you on camera, or bring-your-own-footage), talk through what this one says on the context page, generate, and land in the editor.
The Studio page itself is your library plus the drafts in progress: everything you have told Povu, every answer you recorded and every reel you saved piles up on the left. Pull a few into the right and a video starts.
What you get
A finished video. In the editor you can change every line of the script, add b-roll, captions and a voiceover, then download it or share it to Instagram.
Prerequisites
- Making it from a reference script: a script from 01 (blanks filled) and a clone from 02.
- New video: depends on the format. No-camera formats need a clone; footage formats use what you filmed.
Questions
Can I edit on a phone? No. On a phone you can watch the video, follow progress, change the script and generate with your clone. The timeline is desktop only.
How long after "make it"? The video page shows which step it is on. The clip is watchable the moment it lands on the timeline, and you can open the editor before the rest is done.
What does "a video is already being made" mean? One run at a time. Pressing twice does not buy two videos; it opens the one in progress.
